  • Can I register now and pay later?
    The payment is done with your registration. It is not possible to register without payment.
  • I need a visa. Can you help me?
    Unfortunately we can not assist you with your visa procedures or the visa administration. If you need an invitation letter, please contact a friend to provide this for you.
  • I am almost 13, can I come?"
    If you are not 13 at the end of the conference, unfortunately you are too young. You are welcome to join next time! No exceptions can be made to this rule.
  • What is included in the price?
    The price includes the overnight stay, bedding, 3 meals a day and (sport) activities.
  • I want to arrive/depart on a different date.
    We strongly encourage youth to stay for the full period for multiple reasons: - Extra administrative work and costs - You are taking up a potential spot for someone who does want to stay the full period - You will lose your priority over someone who wants to stay the full period If for some exceptional reason there it is not possible for you to stay the full period, please notify this in your registration form comments. We will contact you to make further arrangements.
  • I would like to cancel my registration

  • Where can I park my car?
    The parking is no longer available at the youth hostel. 2 alternative parking options available: ​ 1. Free parking Parking Kattesas (no security, 2.6 km from the Youth Hostel) Address: Smokkelstraat, 8620 Nieuwpoort ​ It is possible to drop your luggage at the youth hostel first. Possible to walk to the youth hostel (30 min) or take the tram. ​ 2. Parking Indigo Nieuwpoort Promenade (undergroud, paying, 450 meter walk from the youth hostel) Address: Dienstweg Havengeul 12a, 8620 Nieuwpoort
  • Can you pick me up at the airport?
    You will be responsible for your own transportation to the youth hostel. See more details on how to get there on the general information page.
  • Can you help me plan my vacation after the youth conference or give us travel tips?
    Our team is working hard to organize the youth conference as good as possible. However we are not a travel agency! :-)
  • Can my parents visit also?
    Because this is a youth camp and not a family camp, we would like to limit the conference to youth only. Parents can stream the meetings online.
  • Where can I watch the services or archives?
    Quality video and audio recordings are available for free on the archive. Go to www.messageyouth.com, create a login user and you can listen/download the services.
  • Where will the meetings take place?
    The meetings will not take place at the youth hostel, but at a larger facility called "Centrum Ysara". This is a 5 min walk (450m) from the youth hostel. Before the service, a pilot person will guide you to the meeting location. After the service, a pilot person will guide you back to the youth hostel.
  • I have certain (food) allergies. Who do I contact?
    Please add this in the provided commentary field of your registration. If it is too late, contact camps@messageyouth.com
  • Where can I get Euros?
    In the street of the hostel there are several banks with ATMs.
  • Which electrical plug is there?
    Type C, E and F.
  • Are towels, soap, hair dryer or an iron provided?"
    No.
  • Do I need to bring bedding?
    You do not need to bring bedding, bedding is provided.
  • I would like to help. Who do I contact?
