The payment is done with your registration. It is not possible to register without payment.

Question 2

I need a visa. Can you help me?

Unfortunately we can not assist you with your visa procedures or the visa administration.  If you need an invitation letter, please contact a friend to provide this for you.

Question 3

I am almost 13, can I come?

If you are not 13 at the end of the conference, unfortunately you are too young. You are welcome to join next time!

No exceptions can be made to this rule. This also applies to children of volunteers / helpers / leaders.

Question 4

What is included in the price?

The price includes the overnight stay, bedding, 3 meals a day and (sport) activities.

Question 5

I want to arrive/depart on a different date.

Accepted Answer

We strongly encourage youth to stay for the full period for multiple reasons:
- Extra administrative work and costs
- You are taking up a potential spot for someone who does want to stay the full period
- You will lose your priority over someone who wants to stay the full period

If for some exceptional reason there it is not possible for you to stay the full period, please notify this in your registration form comments.
We will contact you to make further arrangements.
