Early bird: € 165 (= registered and paid before November 15)

Normal: € 200

Payment is done upon registration. It is not possible to pay after registration or upon arrival.
It is not possible to register without payment.

Different arrival date than Thursday?
Full stay (Thursday until Sunday) is recommended. Not only does this simplify things for our administration, we also would like to fill up every available spot for those who want to join for the full stay.
In case a full stay is not possible and you would have a different arrival or departure date, please contact us via camps@messageyouth.com.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case you need to cancel your registration to the youth conference you will be reimbursed, but the following cancellation fees will be charged:

Cancellation before November 30: € 50

Cancellation between December 1 and 15: € 70

Cancellation after December 15 and December 31: € 100

Cancellation from January 1: no reimbursement

If you need to cancel, please inform us of the reason so we can look at each individual situation.
